BCM 3.6 DECT Problem

Hi there!

I have a BCM 1000 Rel 3.6, i upgraded the BCM last weekend from 2.5 to 3.6 but i guess it has nothing to do with my problem. There has been a DECT System on that BCM 1000 where 2 DECT-Handsets are broken. I decided to reinstall the dect system ( DECT - Wizard ) and to sign up all handsets again. But even i checked --> (x) set DECT to default <-- nothing changed and all the handsets were still avaible after the wizard end. I couldnt register the 2 broken ones, so i set up 2 new numbers. I used the DN-Renumbering after that and one of the broken phones was ok.
BUT the other one is still not avaible... even i use the DNRenumbering-Wizard i cant get that number. The customer want to use the number but all try to get it working failed.

So how can i try to get that old number working again?

~Update~

I also tried a Firmware-Upgrade on the selected DECT-Module... it started fine but it never finish... it always writing down..attempting to upload application software! .. So anybody knows about DECT-Systems??

This is a bug in BCM 3.6. The DECT system has to be upgraded and reset via VNC. Open a case at Nortel Networks Customer Support. They will upgrade this system for free (if remote access is available)
 
thx for your help.... the nortel support fixed it per remote
