BCM 3.6 CallCenter (Reporting) QOS-Level

Hi there,

how can i set the timer on BCM 3.6 Callcenter for QOS Level? I only found the timer for the ALarms... but how about the QOS? Its always 100% as long as a call get answerd? So where can i change the timers?
