Customer is running a BCM 3.6 with 1 i2004 phone on site and several remotely. The i2004 on site resets intermittently. The cabling has been checked and the phone replaced but the problem still occurs. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?
How is it being powered ? have you tried a different network port ? different power source ? check the phone has the correct firmware force a download if needed..
