Hoping I might be able to get some help on a problem we're having with the new Call Center Professional Advanced reporting.

Here's some info, the Reporting software is setup on a computer running windows 2000 service pack 4
I've confirmed my CC Reporting Server Password is set correctly on the BCM and on my Reporting Host, also Enable CC Reporting Data Stream is checked. The correct IP address is set up on the Reporting host. When I hit submit it says it's going to update and take several minutes and the download status screen pops up but this never changes. It's like the BCM isn't sending the data that the host is requesting. I've let it sit like this all day with no changes and when I go to look at a report it doesn't list any of my skillsets.

I hope this makes some sense to somebody and I appreciate any help/assistance you guys can provide me.

have you got IIS installed
we had to reinstall our copy then reinstall CCreporting

Thanks for the response Colin but unfortunately this didn't fix our issue, I uninstalled the IIS and CCreporting and then reinstalled them but it's doing the exact same thing. Is there an update I should do on my BCM or is there a particular service (besides Sql) that needs to be running. One of my other thoughts was in the documentation it said that this feature requires a keycode, I was under the impression that Call Center Professional included CCreporting so the only keycodes I show is for the voicemail and the call center professional. Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks

have you loaded the latest patches
there is a cc reporting patch,a vm patch and a core patch
try those...

you can use F5 while the download is going on, this will refresh the screen

when i first did this-- i hit submit, but if the page says cannot find server then there is a pwd issue, that was my problem.. the pwd for CCR is CCRS by default

As stated above, there are several patches on the Nortel site for CC. I have ran in to the same issue and had to contact Nortel for the latest version of Call Center software. They had me FTP it directly from there site. Come to think of it, I have had several problems with the newest version of CC. I think Nortel is really trying to get this new version right as I have upgraded one of my accounts 3 times for real time display problems.

Thanks for the suggestion's we're in the process of getting these updates so I can apply them to the BCM. Is it true you have to be a distributor to gain access to those downloads? The distributor we purchased the machine from is going to put the updates on a cd and send them to us but it seems odd that the end user doesn't have access to updates/patches. I'll let you know after we apply the patches if this fixes the problem.
