Hi everybody
Yesterday I made an upgrade from a BCM 3.5 build 2.3 to a 3.7. The whole process ran very good. I applied a Quick Start to this system but, after it finished I discovered an error: the CallPilot doesn't respond to its initialization. In the Quick Start I put it to North America Region because I need the NA Spanish as the primary language and the NA English as the second. But after the Quick Start finished, the CallPilot only gives me the option of NA English, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese and Chinese!...I applied then the BCM 3.7 Cumulative Patch 1 to the system, then applied again the Quick Start but I got the same result.
Before applying the Quick Start, I reinstalled the CallPilot from a telephone using Feature 982, so when I use the Wizard it gives me the option of initialize the CallPilot. But still having bad results.
Do you have any idea of what could have been happening here? Thanks in advance.
