I have a BCM 3.5 that hard drive died on. I am replacing it with a 3.7 hard drive. Anyone know if there will be any issues getting the exisitng MSC to work or will I have to get new keycodes or upload the new core software? Any help would be appreciated.

I replaced a 3.0 HD with a 3.5.Coulden't access telephony.Did an INI thru the serial conn. And it uploaded the MSC and it worked.
Don't know about 3.5 to 3.7.

Thanks cook1082. I figured that that was what I was going to have to do. Just wasn't sure if I was going to need new keycodes.

No new keycodes the sys ID is on the MSC you will need to go to the nortel KRS and get the old keycodes for that sys ID and re-enter them.
