What program do I use to access a BCM 3.5 remotly over phone line. I have a BCM that the Callpilot is down and the lan port is down so I can't get to the BCM or the Callpilot.

3 options:
1. if port forwarding is setup in ur LAN, then all u need is the IP address of the BCM
2. VPN client to get on the LAN, then use the browser
