BCM 3.5 "unable to load patches"

I'm unable to load patches to both the BCM 1000 & 200 running on 3.5 we upgraded from 2.5 to 3.0 then to 3.5 We have 6 patches that need to be loaded. However, thees 2 BCM's go through the motions but don't load. Any sugestions????

Are you using Sun Java at re. 1.4.2 or newer on your PC?

Wait until the 3.6 upgrade and install that.
3.5 is still pretty buggy even with the patches.
3.6 will have serious Call Center improvements and I'm told many bug fixes. ETA late May 2004.

Good point Aragon. seems like some of the 3.5 patches are creating some new problems. Ugh.
