In desperate need of any bcm 400 3.5 patches since the Avaya PLDS site has left out this version for download. Does anyone know where they can be aquired? Inter-office dialing between a 3.5 to 4.0. Calling works flawlessly between the 4.0 to 3.5. When a call is made from 3.5 to 4.0 as soon as the caller picks up, the call is terminated. If call isnt answered call goes to voicmail. Ideas?

You need to go to the old ESPL site for the older versions.

See our FAQ's page for list of the latest patches.

You may want to provide full details on how the systems are network.

When you go to the old ESPL site for BCM's it indicates everything has been migrated to the new PLDS site, not sure if I'm missing something. As far a the network config two seperate locations linked with vpn. Both system dialing plans for the private network are set for CDP and recieve 3 digits. Both have keycodes for VOIp GW Trunks which are part of pool B. NO MCDN keys on either

Site 4.0 192.168.20.x EXT:4xx
destination digits:2 ip:192.168.18.202 GW type:BCM35 GW protocol:CSE Voip protocol:H323
route:2 pool:B DN Type:private
destination code:2 route:2 absorb:0

Calls work perfectly from the 4.0 to the 3.5

Site 3.5 192.168.18.x EXT:2xx
destination digits:4 ip:192.168.20.250 GW Type:BCM3.5 GW Protocol:CSE
route:2 pool:B DN Type:private
destination code:4 route:2 absorb:0

Calls from the 3.5 can be made to the 4.0 if the user doesn't answer call is directed to the appropriate VM. If calls answered the call, call is terminated. In the alarm logs im recieving this error:
Endpoint type does not match configured remote gateway type. Configured=BCM3.5 Actual=BCM3.5 with no repair action. I've never run across this.
