I'm trying to determine if the BCM Rel 3.5 supports the following:

Remote call forwarding

Expanded line appearances on the T7316E phone

Yes. T-24 KIMs can have lines assigned to it in release 3.5 or higher, provided you define it as a CAP set.

Remote call forwarding, I assume you mean being able to forward a phone off site? If so, that's been available for years.
