BCM 3.0 Voice mail crashing and delayed messages 1

BCM 3.0 Voice mail keeps crashing and delayed messaged by 1 or 2 days.

What would be course of action?

So far I have it as:

-1st update the patches –tech to first look at any alarms.

-2nd step would be to replace the Base Function Tray, especially if capacitors are green in color.

-3rd step would be to replace the Hard Drive

Would there be any other things to try? would like to start with the cheaper things of course.

Try to reinstall the voicemail

we had an issue were the voice mail returned to showing only the 2 default mailboxes,
The call centre was still there but the users mailboxes disappeared.

I think you use feature 982 and enter reinstall once you get pass the operator password.

I was thinking that the other day too, but now I forgot why I failed to list it for a reason.
