Message Forwarding Rules came out in the patch mentioned below. It's included in the latest smart update. You need to configure message forwarding in the COS for the mailbox, and also have the appropriate number of UM seats on the system.
- Message Forwarding can send an e-mail message when new or urgent messages arrive in a
subscribers voice mailbox. Message Forwarding can attach the G.711 linear WAV voice or fax
message to the forwarded e-mail message so the user can play the voice message or display the
fax message on the destination device. Users can forward messages to any e-mail address.
There must be as many Unified Messaging keycode seats as there are mailboxes with all Class of
Services (COS) with Message Forwarding enabled. The number of mailboxes using a COS with
Message Forwarding do not have to be the same mailboxes using CallPilot Unified Messaging.

Sorry to bring this up again but I'm having issues with this still. I can get it to work somtimes.
If I enable messaging forwarding in the Mailbox manager, exit, then log back in, I will get an error saying it has been disabled.
I turned the option on in the COS and have enough licenses available. What gives?
I tested it a few times yesterday and it worked great!
