BCM 3.0 Backup File

When you backup a file from the BCM to a shared network drive, how is the file named? I backed it up to a share with a lot of files and I cannot identify which file is the BCM backup. Please help.

It should creat 2 files and one is called backup.log, I forget the other one, plus it creats a new Directory called (backup) with all the backed up files.
