BCM 3.0 and CDR

I have a BCM 3.0 system and i am trying to set up some 3rd party app for grabbing reports via CDR. When I go into the Data File Transfer Section the default set value is NONE. I want to change it to PULL. i change the value to Pull hit TAB and go out of the screen I come back into it to find it is set back to NONE. The service is up and running. As stated on the main CDR screen. Any ideas?

Hi, I have the same problem. I was comparing the BCM´s configuration with another BCM and I saw two differences. In the Data File Transfer´s screen I only have the field for the type of transfer, I don´t have the fields for Transfer Day, transfer time and so on. Maybe it is because the default value is none.

The other difference is in the Configuration Reminder, the second field about other changes is in NO, and normally it is set to YES.

Any ideas???
