I have just change a MC card in a BCM 200,since then the is a red light on the system and I am unable now I am unable to login.Is there a way for me to reset the system to factory default the version of the BCM software is 4.0

There is a procudure using the serial port when changing the MSC card.

Did u regenerate the keycodes to the new MSC SYS ID?

Did u load the universal profile via the serial port? As Cook said u need to follow the instructions in the manual for replacing the MSC.
