BCM 200 WAN Card

I have configured a BCM WAN card for a point to point T1 and the LED on the WAN card keeps blinking green. Does anyone know what this indicates? I tholught the green LED should be solid if a valid connection is there.

Green blinking is normal on the WAN card - the red lights will go off once it detects T1 signalling.

on my first one i did the same ...
nortel tier1 did the same

escalated to tier2 and found thats the way its supposed to be
