BCM 200 ver 3.5 callpilot password reset

First time here ! I want to know if i can reset a callpilot password in a bcm 200 version 3.5 . My customer has lost is password.is there a way to do that ? Thank you for your help !!! I really apreciate the information i can find here !!!

You do it the same way in a nam except use f 985

Do you mean the Master password to access Vmail or the password for a persons Vmail box?
