Customer currently has a BCM 200 with a PRI and DSM16. They would like to add more Ext. Would I be able to use the DSM32 or do I need a DSM 32+?

You can use either one. just make sure of the DIP settings as a 32 uses 2 BUS and a 32+ uses 1 BUS.
