BCM 200 programming back door

Hi

I have a customer who has a Commander BCM 200 version 3.6 telephone system, and the installer password has been changed. Does anyone know another way of getting into programming without reseting the telephone system itself. Look forward on anyone feedback. Thank you.

No back door only thru Nortel support $.
Reimage HD.
Search this site and will see the same.

Replace the HD and reprogram everything.

Have you tried accessing the BCM via the serial port?. At least this way you won't have to worry about wrong IP address's etc.

Also, you may have to try different login accounts.

Dasheen you should know better you only need to reprogram the voice mail and applications, telephony stays in place

I should mention it is possible to access a BCM with an unknown password..

its been so long since i did it i cannot remember exactly how to do it

It involved taking the hard drive out using a windows nt off line password re-setter, use the serial cable to get the ip then i remember a script on the BCM that syncd the passwords.
