We have a BCM 200 3.0 We just replaced the base function tray due to the green capacitor issue. We also had to replace the hard drive due to corruption. Currently my onsite tech cannot access the system via either lan port or via the serial port. We are connected with a null modem cable 9600 8-n-1. Is there something that is being missed here?
