BCM 200 LAN CTE Client TSP Launcher problem

I have struggled to get BCM TSP launcher to connected to the BCM 200 , it just says initializing , it worked for about 2 hours and then lost connection again , I have read through the forum and see people had similar problems but none of their resolutions seem to work for me. Any help would be gretaly appreciated
