I have a BCM 200 running Element Manager 4.0.2.21d. It was updated in February 2009. This sytem is not being backed up so I decide to start. The backup seems to attempt to collect data for a short time and them gives me a dialog box that simply says "Shadow Error" and the backup fails. I have tried this to a network drive (perferred) as well as directly to the BCM with no luck. We have two other BCMs on our network and I have no problems backing them up to a network drive. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be the problem?
