Hi all

I have a strange request, i dont know if it is possible or not.

We would like to be able to reach extension on remote sites, from the main office.
We can dial extension when we are in the office to each of the sites, but we want to be able to do this through the AA.

Also, another thing is if we can pickup a line on a remote location.

Hope to get some answers.

Look in the docs on the BCM under network config guide.

you should be able to dial thru the aa to remote sites, think ive done that one before. good luck on trying to pick up lines or to get lines to ring at remotes, ive pulled my hair out on that one before a few yrs back.

i have already configured picking up lines between the bcm except that i havent do it from the AA. I can do it from any phone on either location.

About ringing of the lines, i dont understand what u mean by that.

i will take a look at the network config guide, but if someone can provide me with some help on the configuration, i will appreciate it.
