BCM 200 4.0 SU12 new PRI; EM shows no programming

BCM 200 rls 4.0 that I installed a new PRI module. Now has odd problems. Shortly after the upgrade the power supply died. I replaced it and the hard drive, which was recomended because of odd PRI lock up issues and services that would not come up.
The system came up (with no keycodes) and programming appeared OK. Loaded keycodes and now the element manger shows no telephony programming (no sets,lines, routes etc). The system is online and works, but no programm changes can be done. I didn't see a desktop patch on the system. Could that cause this?

Always load the latest Desktop and System Patches(desktop 9 and System 14 are what i'm using right now). You should download and install the latest element manager as well.

I loaded desktop 9 and system 14 now and am adding post patches. It has not fixed my Element Manager problems yet. Where do you find the latest element manger?

I had the same issue after a 3.6 to 4.0 hard drive upgrade.
The system would not auto core upload, but by loading a service update it forced a core upload which fixed the issue.

Download it from your newly updated Bcm 4.0.

Thanks, not sure if the su14 forced a core upload, but I am going to re-download element manager.

thanks gberger n rlasin, is ther any other way to start the core upload? The core uploader agent is enabled but still says stopped in the service manager. Tried to just press "start", but it times out and kicks me out of element manger.

I am pulling the hard drive back out and trying a new system. Hopefully this one can restore from an old backup.
