What is the best next step when you or the customer does not know the user name or pswd on an 200 3.7 ? Is it a level 2 reset and buy a cheap key code in order to get the old ones and then reprogram ??
Level 2 reset works
Calling Avaya (via your vendor) to login with password of the day works (billable)
Avaya has a record of the key codes that can be retrieved by your vendor in KRS (might be billable)

BCM 200 at 3.7 would be the old Windows NT platform. The login account should be either ee_admin or supervisor. I think there are ways to reset the account on these old beasts.

I didn't think there was a level 2 reset on the old NT based BCM's. Replacing the hard drive is the only way I know to get into a BCM with an unknown password. The keycodes are listed in the KRS if you don't have them saved.
