BCM 200 3.7 and Vista

Is it possible to access BCM 3.7 using Vista? I need to set up customer with access so they can change voice mail greetings, and so far have not been successful. If anyone knows how to do this with handset I would roll that way also. When you access feature 983 it is not active feature

I think the problem is due to the version of Java you are using. I seem to remember that the highest version of Java that will work OK with the older BCM 3.x software is version 5_0.
