Hi Guys,Does anyone have a backed up image file of a BCM 200 3.6. My systemn crashed and i dont have a backup. Can anyone help? Help will be much appreciated

System crashed? As in the hard drive itself died? You will have to order a replacement 3.6 hard drive (part number NTAB9947).

Hi,
We had one of you engineers working on it and he tripped on the power cable while the BCM was on. After that i wouldnt come up. I need to restore from a backup. Can i download the image files, can someone help. I have tried on 4.0 Linux version and it worked but i need 3.6.

Thanks

Tripping on a power cable shouldn't cause any problem, it's the same as pulling the plug and I do that all the time. In fact when i'm working on a BCM on the bench, sometimes I pull the plug 20 times to reboot quickly for testing.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Acewarlock,

The BCM 200, ver 3.6 wont boot, it brings the "Blue screen of death with the error some files are missing", and have tried to copy them from a Winnt 4 Cd but sill brings the memory dump screen. I need a working image. Can anayone assist.

Thanks

You can download the 3.6 image files from nortel.com. You'll still need either the BIT or Ghost to resotre those images to the HD.

By any chance are the CAPs green in the BFT? they should be Blue.
