I have a customer with a BCM 1000 w/Call Pilot. The system (BCM only the voicemail did not lose programing) crashed on Monday 2-5-2007. The data base was rebuilt. we returned on 2-9-2007 to tweek out some small issues. The problem is between 2 exts.(1208-1214)there are voiceamil boxes built for both. When ext. 1208 is called via intercom and/or DID# the voicemail of 1214 answers and if you call 1214 (intercom/DID#)the voicemail for 1214 answers. I have deleted and rebuilt both mailboxes and this does not correct the problem. I can leave msgs. F980 and F981 from either ext. only voicemail box ans. F986 does not transfer calls to the voicemail box it drops the call.has anyone out there had or heard of this problem.
