BCM 1000 VOIP TRUNKING-NO AUDIO

I have a couple of sites linked with a VPN tunnel and VOIP trunking. Signaling works, but no audio. I am puzzled as we have set up a third (test)site (with the same VPN routers) and can get audiio to either location fine again through a different VPN tunnel. I have gone back to the site and had all port forwarding turned off and even rebuilt new simple tunnels with no audio success? Either end can ping and connect to the BCM no problem and a NORTEL VOIP SET WORKS instantly audio and all? They do have Skype working on some of their computers at both ends and I'm wondering if that's what's causing the problem or is it something else? Signalling, no ringback and two dead audio? HELP! Thanks!
