Hello,
On a BCM 1000, when an external caller connects to VM, leave a brief message and just hangs up without pressing the hash key, the BCM 1000 keeps recording for another minute and finally drops the call.
I used the BCM monitor and saw the external call disconnecting and precisely one minute later the pri channel being released by the VM, I presume.
Please assist?
