BCM 1000 question

I have recently installed a BCM1000 rel 3.7 in our office. The question I have is when you have a PRI and use a dest. code. Do you or can you get dial tone after dialing the code? Thanks for any help...

Not supported on 3.7 only on bcm 4.0 and it's called "2nd dial tone
