BCM 1000 PSWDS

Does anyone know of a backdoor pswd for the BCM 1000. We have a new customer with a BCM 1000. We can access the call-pilot through an IP address but cannot access the BCM programing for the phone side. Any ideas.

There are no backdoor passwords unless the system is on release 4.0, and even then only Nortel can access it. If neither the ee_admin or supervisor default passwords work, you're looking at reimaging the hard drive.
