BCM 1000 Motherboard Fuse

Does anyone know if there is a fuse or fuse link on the BCM 1000 CA810E Motherboard? I don't believe this is one of the Motherboards that has the bad Capacitors. I have tested the Power supply and it is good. The lights on the display don't change even with the power plug pulled from the motherboard.

I don't get any power to the hard-drive or motherboard.
