Interested in learning some specs on BCM 1000. I have previous experience with the BCM 400 but nothing on the 1000. The interest has stemmed from a potential client needing a new system but the requirement on agents is greater than the 400 will handle.
Need to know the following info:
How many agents can the 1000 handle simultaneously? Need to be able to log in minimum of 200.
How many calls can it handle at any given time? Call volume not available at this time.
Any fundamental differences between the 1000 and 400 I should be aware of?
