bcm 1000 conversations being heard at other extensions...

for some reason some conversations are being heard at other extentions... how can i solve this problem?

What BCM and version release?
Be more specific on how they hear calls.

Need many more details. Do you have analog lines or a PRI? Is it on just one line or all lines? Is the issue on incoming, outgoing, or both?

i made a couple of test and i am noticing that it happens on incoming, outgoing calls, not the case between extensions.
I start to hear my neighbor´s phone when he picks up the phone and starts to dial up a number. I´ve heard the recorder message attending an incoming call.

probably it is a problem with the lines provider isnt it?
