BCM 1000 Connect to a CICS or MICS

Can you connect sites that have MICS or CICS installed to a central office running a BCM? Do you just use a 4 port VOIP gateway? so if you hade 3 sites 1 with a CICS 1 with a MICS what do you need to have the KSU's connect to the BCM in the central office?

Right now they just want the phones and extensions to communicated, but later will want to share voice mail. Do they have to go with a BCM in each site right now or can there be a work around until they have the need?
