BCM 1000 callpilot question

I have a BCM 1000 3.7 that I changed to 4 digit extension when I did a startup, but the callpilot only lets me program three digit mailbox numbers. The vm dn is a 4 digit number though. What did I do wrong??? Thanks.

Also, when I looked under service manager it shows SRG to be running, does this need to be on even though it's a stand alone system.

you need to initialize (wipe out everything ) the VM using F982

I tried F982, but the only pswd I know there is OPERATOR. F983 gives me inactive feature. When I look at my codes it doesn't show a F983 but shows all the rest. Is there another pswd I need for F982?
