BCM 1000 3.5 software

The Aux ringer jack has stopped working and the customer insists that it be fixed, so I must replace the MSC card, the only docs on replacing the MSC card I have found are for the BCM 200/400. Does anybody have the procedure to change out the MSC card for a BCM 1000? Or can this even be done on the BCM 1000? Any help would be appreciated.

if you are only using it to ring a bell then why dont you attach an ATA to a spare extn port and connect the bell to the analogue side of the ATA.

It will save you changing out the MSC card

MSC replacement procedure is the same on a 200/400 or 1000.

Auxiliary ringer settings apply to the AUX port only and not a specific DN or ATA?
