You need the BCM forum. Unless you just wanted to tell us what was happening with your system, we need a whole lot more info. How are you accessing station admin? What were you changing? What is the physical config of your BCM? Have you considered upgrading to 4.0 to save yourself a heart attack? Reply in the BCM forum.
