I have a BCM50 1.0 where I'm using greetings and CCRs. I tell callers to hit # in the greeting for company directory and it works great. If caller presses # after call flows into CCR it says incorrect entry and disconnects call ( or words to that effect). How can I avoid the disconnect in the CCR by having # redirect back to company greeting or CCR recording or even better into the Company directory?
