Has anyone seen the "wire bubbles" that are on the outside of the BCCIIs? They cause the card not to fit in the slot all the way. Am I suppose to remove them to get the card in?

Thanks
Neil

They are there to create a good ground connection for the card. don't remove them, but use a bit of effort to get the card in. These are the "bubbles" on the top and bottom of the card near the front.

Excellent, I rammed it in and were a go! Thanks.

(okay, I pushed it in a nicely as I could, but it's Mitel - it always works!)
