BCC Incoming & Outgoing E-mail Automatically 1

My MD wishes to have Carbon Copies of all outgoing and incoming E-mails.

Quite simply, how do I set this up? Users are fully aware that he had Carbon Copies of E-mails prior to me installing Exchange, however I'm unable to locate such feature.

Message Journalling is probably the better option, so long as you have the extra space... Dont forget to check the legalities.

Company E-mails are company owned. At least that's the MD's view on the subject.
