BCB5 - Quick Reports

Is anyone out there having problems with the expression component QRExpr? It gives me the error Unknown Function..., even if I just reference a field.

Some things to look for are 1) do you have a TTable component on the form, 2) Is the TTable set up correctly, & 3) is the Active property of TTable set to true?

I'm using tquery components. I've had great success in the past using Delphi 3. But for some reason, the component doesn't cooperate now. Are you having success using Quick Reports in BCB5?

In order to use Quick Reports in C++, I have to drop in a TTable onto the form and set it to active, otherwise I can't get expression, etc to work properly. I've only recently upgraded to BCB 5 but I have used BCB 3 with Quick Reports 2. I'm not familiar with how to get TQuery to work with Quick Reports, sorry.

Interesting, I've been using data modules, I'll try placing the access component on the form itself, Thanks
