Dont believe this is possible but here goes.

We have about 70 weekly reports that need refreshing over a weekend following the weekly data load. The reports are scheduled to run at 6am on a Sunday but they depend on a filewatcher file that is written on completion of the weekly data load.

A problem last weekend meant that the filewatcher file wasnt written until 5.30am on the monday morning so at that point the reports started to refresh. It wasnt until mid-day that all the reports were available.

I have been asked to see if you can prioritise reports in BCA as there are about 6 important reports that are critical but because they are all scheduled together the order of refresh isnt fixed.

If I were to schedule these 6 for an earlier time would the BCA refresh these first even if the other reports had been queued because the filewatcher file hadnt been created by the time they were due to refresh.

TIA
