BCA runs the report multiple times

Hi All,

We have an BCA issue with some of our reports that are scheduled (With Macros).BCA is running some of our reports multiple times, the scheduled action is "Custom Macros".Our macros typically refresh the report,save them to excel and email them to the users.Due to this problem, the emails of the same report are sent multiple times.BO support say the problem is with the macro which we strongly disagree as we have around 10 reports that use the same macro and not all the reports have this problem.

Did anyone have similar kind of problem with the BCA ?
