Up till now we had no need to use the BCA to print to departemental printers.
What do we need to configure to be able to print to a certain network printer?

Ties Blom

Ties - depends on what your setup is - in our BCA, all we do is choose "Print" on the Actions tab and add it. then select the "Print" option and choose "Properties". From there you can either choose to use the default printer for the machine that will run the report (BCA server I guess) or select a specific printer which I believe is from any that you (the person that is submitting the report to BCA) have set up on your local machine

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.

Geoff,

Well I did exactly that, but the error message on the BCA is something like : 'chosen printer is not available' (translated from dutch)
We have installed the printer on the BCA server..

Hmmm - I get the same error - sorry - not really done printing on a schedule from BCA before....

I have found the cause.
The printer has to be added on the server under the account the BCA is running on.
Not such a surprise, but easily overlooked...

Fair enough - have a star cos I learned something !!
