BC7 False MEW indication

I have a BC7 site (wow) with a few KL1 extensions showing false Message waiting indication. The remote voicemail system does not have any messages waiting, so the indication is false. I have removed the extension and reinitiated it, also restarted DERS1 tho DERS7, also MWP and CMPS11.

If nyone has had this problem I would appreciate any ideas.

The MEW doesn´t have to come from a voicemail system. It can also come from an interception computer. Print ICFUP to see how many devices you have. If you have more than one you can tru to reset MEW with #91# from the extension. Then try to update your ICUIND with ICUPI:ICUIND=x if x is the ICUIND for the voicemail system. You can check what ICUIND is for the voimail with VMFUP.
If the MEW are lit now there is a problem. If it isn´t lit try to ICUPI:ICUIND=y if Y is the ICUIND for the Interception computer. It might be a MEW from the operator.
If the MEW comes from the voicemailsystem try to delete the mailbox in the voicemailsystem. I have seen examples that a mailbox saves the message for max 10 days. When the extension tries to listen to the message there is no message, but the voicemailsystem still sends MEW to the MD110. There is another possibility to. What is the number length of the extensions with the false MEW. If it has 5 digits you must check the DFMT parameter in ICFUP. If you have 5 digit extensions you have to have DFMT=5, otherwise the extension 12345 can light MEW for extension 1234 or if it is 2345 i don´t remember, Hope you understand what I mean.
