bc632, no mew

On a bc632, im not receiving mew on any of the analogue handsets ie:broken d.t. (totally analogue site).
vm provider assure they are sending mew. From the trace on ilp below can see the extn number but which data shows mew on or off? test extn is 8365 Which can be seen in signal DIM TO ILP....HELP!!!

The trace you done is not for message waiting ON. That is when the voicemail answer the call. 83 3650 2158 07 means Diverted internal calls. The trace should be done after leaving a message and clearing the call. Be sure there is no message in the mail box when you trace it. There are voicemail machines that send MEW ON only on the first message in the mail box. The 2nd time will not send it. Since there is no SUSIP in BC6, for testing purposes its better for you to change parnum=88 to 0, which is ring. If you hear pling or burst of ring after leaving the message and hanged up, this means MEW is working fine. If you change parnum 88 back to 1 and you have normal dial tone, this means you had to patch it. Most default value is normal dial tone. You need to change it. Or ask your service provider in your place. //patcher
