BC6 program units for ICU and voicemail

Which program units are required for ICU card and external voicemail in a BC6 system? I only have documentation back to BC8...

You will need the following programs:
IHAH and IHH in LIM=1.
ILP in the LIM, where the ICU/ICU2 board is installed.
DIM in one LIM.
DIR, IDP and MWP in all LIMs in the system.
