BC400-CLID dsiplay after call pickup

Hi I have a BCM 400 rls 4 installed with COMBO 8x32 , 01 GATM8 port card and a PRI card. The PRI card is used for E1 connectivity with CS1K, I am in APAC. I have used CALA profile to installed that BCM. The problem is that i get th CLID on extensions after picking up call, i dont get CLID display on ringing extension untill user pickup phone. I tried to use EMEA/Global profile and get CLID display on ringing but the E1 link between CS1K and BCM wont get enable and Dchannel stays disabled. i am using SL1 as protocol and CLID is enable in both trunk and extension. E1 and CLID works in CALA profile but i get CLID display after call pickup. I cant use other profile as DChannel wont enable. Any advice so that i get CLID display on ringing extension?

See if the PBX forum knows what setting is needed. Sounds as if the BCM is correct.

I am talking about PSTN line CLID hitting directly to BCM. The outside PSTN call landing on e extension shows CLID after call pickup.

On the set where the phone rings, make sure you have Caller ID selected in the line appearance for that set.

Its already selected in Line and as well as in Extension.
Actually CLID shows OK (on ringing) if i select other profile beside CALA but with other profile my TIE dchannel with CS1k wont enable. In CALA profile E1 TIE is working OK na ialso getting CLID of PSTN calls but i need this CLID on ringing also.


Any more help??

In global setting i dont get caller ID under line assignments check box is grey out, i can t select that. Why is that?
